Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy, Ph.D.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy, Ph.D., MBA, is President & CEO of Power Living Enterprises, Inc. and Founder of the Breathe & Burn® Mind-Body Studio.

In 1997, Kennedy was in the hospital dying.

She was the youngest Vice President at MTV Networks and achieved tremendous success by external standards. However, her workaholic lifestyle negatively impacted her health — she was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease.

She healed using an integrated wellness protocol.

Now, she dedicates her career to helping others in their own personal transformations.

As an award-winning author and speaker, she has trained thousands of people worldwide in her “whole-person” method, in which she uniquely approaches authentic leadership, mindfulness, success, and wellness. Her approach combines her experience as a Harvard Business School-trained strategist, Master Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Certified Holistic Health Counselor. She also incorporates the latest research in neuroscience, positive psychology, and human performance.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy has created culturally relevant programs for various organizations, including the American Heart Association.
